Since November, 2019 I've tried to reach company to repair problem with my land line (XXX-XXX-XXXX). No response nor callback as promised.
Upon calling several time the toll-free# customer service number would be experiencing high call volumes or reciting a 35 minute wait then you later become disconnected even after hours.I feel that I have done done my due diligence because I still continued to pay for service even til this day. What is the problem? This is not good customer service nor good practice in treating your customers. I have to consider another telephone company because this has not been resolved. I have been more than patient, but I "WILL NOT" continue with your business. I am requesting a refund for the months not in service and to speak to a representative about getting out of the contract.

Desired Outcome

I am seeking restitition for telephone services not rendered from November, 2019 to present and to no fault of mine for not reaching out!

I've contacted them numerous times since October regarding my landline not working at all for WEEKS AT A TIME!
I've called and reported phone service not working weeks at a time when it rains. Provider NEVER fixes it and is EXTREMELY RUDE! I am paying for a service that does not work. They just tell me to keep calling and reporting it that they will eventually repair it.

Desired Outcome

I want my phone service/exterior lines repaired or replaced and credit for the months I have paid for and not had service!

was charged for services not recieved/ fraud
*** is elderly and with limited income.Has multiple serious health
issues.City communications left her with no land line service with out any notice
Which left her in a unsafe state in case of emergency After hours on hold waiting
for a rep to speak to, our call was finally answered. We were greeted with rudeness and indifference and instructed to find another carrier as all land lines were shut down.
which led us to believe they were going bankrupt?????Which we then contracted with another carrier. We contacted city communications several times after that and each time we were hung up on when we asked for a supervisor.
What we want from this company is a total refund of $ 99.02

Desired Outcome

total refund of $ 99.02

This company is the WORST. Cannot get in touch with them, they keep hanging up on me. Tried to contact them via internet....no answer. They are a poorly run business.

I paid my bill on 11/22/2019 with City Communications account #6211. It was cut off since 11/23/2019.
paid my bill on 11/22/2019 with City Communications account #6211. It was cut off since 11/23/2019.My daughter emailed them on 11/25 and 11/27. A rep called and they sent a technician to my home 12/2/19. He did not give any word as to what was going on and just left. Another rep called my daughter on 12/5 and asked me to pay for the month of December because the bill had already went out. They said they would credit January which is not even here yet. I have to now get a new phone number after 40 years, have been with out service over 2 weeks, and have constantly used my minutes on my cell phone up. I am a elderly 70 year old woman , who lives alone and need my phone. Their phone number does not have anyone answering either. It just sends you around and back to the main recording after hours of holding. The number is X-XXX-XXX-XXXX.

Desired Outcome

I want a refund for my last payment and for them to fix it so I can keep my old phone number XXX-XXX-XXXX. AT&T can't even figure out what these people have done.

To Whom It May Concern:

As per our records, Customer was connect with Telecircuit. We did try numerous of time to call the customer switch with us before Telecircuit started disconnect the lines. We were never able to get confirmation from the customer that she wanted to switch from Telecircuit to City Communication.

We never cut off *** service because she never got connect with City. The customer is requesting refund but she need requested this thru Telecircuit. I don't see why they could not issue refund when the number was disconnect by them. Also the telephone number XXX-XXX-XXXX is free, any carrier that they want should be able to gave to back them.

If there are any further Questions please feel free to contact our Customer Service Dept.

Sincerely,

***

(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
My phone was disconnected about 2 days after the bill was paid( on time). I tried to contact City Communication numerous times (On hold for 45 minutes to 1hr, which ended up with me being disconnected each time. When I was able to reach some they were not able to give me any answers and said they would call me back, and never did. After almost 3 weeks without service I decided to get service with another carrier. Resulting in me having to change my # after 40yrs because they would not release the line.

Phone out 2 weeks & no acceptable response.
