Whilst in a [redacted] in [redacted]); my father noticed that his car was being towed in the parking lot. When he returned, there was a beligerent person screaming and yelling towards him. This was the so called "manager" of the company. When my father asked to for the "manager" to show Id, it was never given. This man then starts yelling obscenities towards my father and tells my father "you will never be able to park in this parking lot". He then had the audacity to tell me father that he has to pay 150$ unless his car would be towed. My father who only came with 20$, had to go to an atm, and withdraw money to pay these scam artists. A week later, my father returns and parks in the parking lot with no trouble at all. This suprises us since this "parking lot manager" says my father couldn't park there. What disgusted me the most is the fact that I connected the pieces this was a scam, when I went back to the parking lot with my father and seen this company "advertisement" on a light post. it also disgusted me when I found out that [redacted] doesn't use this company or any private company to manage their parking lot. So I hope that the Revdex.com can expose this company and shut it down for scam and taking money from people.

Review: I happen to shop at one of their properties that they manage, the 7-11 store on [redacted] in Brooklyn. We stayed on property and sat eat our food and then went to check out the Retro Fitness on the same lot. Within 30 minutes my car was towed even though I was a patron of one of their stores and never left the premises. When I attempted to show the tow company my receipt from shopping in the 7-11, they started accusing me of not actually shopping there because my receipt was a reprint even though there is surveillance that shows me there and the employee didnt initially give me a receipt which is why I needed an immediate reprint. They told me to contact the management company directly but they are not reachable. They NEVER answer their phones

They hold on to your car and circle around and stay in the area so they can force you to pay cash to retrieve your car when you come back.

They do not EVER answer their phone. What kind of property management company is never around to even manage their properties?!

In a nutshell they are unprofessional, unethical, unreliable, unreachable and an under-the-table cash scam operationDesired Settlement: refund of towing fee and taxi to retrieve my car

Review: Went to location of Neptune ave Brooklyn Post office to send a card to love one, I went to card shop on other side of Post office to purchase the card only to come back and find my car towed away with no notice. A tacky bumbed out women came over to me to tell me that my car had been tow away and I asked her why, she said because I didn't go into a store on that side of the fence, I told her that I parked there to go to the post office but needed to purcase a card first. I know that they tow cars over there and becasue I was to use the post office she stated that I had to go into the post office first. There is no order on the sign outside stating that you have to purcahse items at their location before going to the post office, which I went to any way. While arguing withthe girl didn't get me any where I called the police to report my car stolen for I didn't know where they took it.. While waiting for the police two different women came up to me to complaine that their cars where towed also but one was lucky enough to see the car going out of the parking area and paid the tow truck driver a few. this is illegal. Many people have done that. I called the number of the tow truck company ###-###-#### to ask for the names of who was in charge only for the women to hang up the phone on me. I was instructed by the police to file this complaint with you as I filed one with them, ([redacted])Desired Settlement: I want my money refuned for I have and receit from the post office that;s where I was on my way to in the first place. I want the owner of that property sighted to let him know that his practices are illegal and we will boycott his buisnesses and he will get no money. Because he is robbing people taking their cars hostage, where his sign clearly states parking for customers, that's what I was not in any specific order but I was.If
