Review: I received an email from City Cosmetics to enter a contest to win $500 in their skin care. I entered and they sent me an email said I was the winner!! I was so excited!!! Well, a few days went by and I didn't hear from them. I sent them 4 unanswered emails as to how I go about getting my winnings. I then made 3 phone calls to them, spoke with a different person each time trying to explain that I won this contest and they all hung up on me. Before 1 person hung up on me, they said I was not eligible to win because I had sold their products on [redacted] in the past. I was unaware that this could not be done so I didn't sell their products on [redacted] again. They continued in saying that not only will I win this contest, but I cannot purchase any of their products in the future. I asked to speak with [redacted], the creator of the company and then was hung up on again. The ironic thing that they continue to send me emails and they specifically sent me the email to enter this contest.Desired Settlement: My desired settlement would be for them to honor the contest that I won of the $500 in skin care and an apology for being treated so disrespectfully. I will not purchase any of their products in the future but I do expect for them to follow through with awarding me my winnings of $500 in skin care.

I would never do business with them ever, ever in the future. This is a company that doesn't deserve to be in business!!! They train their employees to hang up on clients and not answer emails. I have never had any horrible experience with any company such as the was City Cosmetics treated me. THEY HAVE NO INTEGRITY, THEY ARE VERY DISHONEST AND DON'T FOLLOW THROUGH ON THEIR WORD. I'M STILL IN SHOCK OF HOW THEY TREATED ME.
