When the member opened their checking account, she did sign up for a checking overdraft Line of Credit (I can provide copies of her signature if she wishes)The member requested that the over draft sequence first be from savings, then from the
loanOn April 29, the member had items that were attempting to clear her account, but there was not enough in both her checking and savings account, so the line of credit advanced $to pay the itemsThe payments on this loan were not made in a timely manner and were submitted as late payments to the credit reporting agency
As the credit union stated in our previous conversations with Ms Gores, CCCU will remove information from a credit report if there was an error madeNo such error has occurredIn order to preserve the integrity of the credit reporting system, CCCU is not able to remove the late payments as the member has requested

It's not necessary to provide me with a copy of my signatures, because it appears that CCCU will do as they wish where the bait and switch seems to be the normAs I noted in my initial complaint, each person directly will tell one thing and another person will say something differently the next time
The response I received from whoever is representing CCCU is appalling and impersonalThey seem to take pride in noting the fact that I had an overdraft and makes it clear that they are shaming meI am just like any other loyal customer of CCCUI had an overdraft due to unforeseen circumstances! But yet am treated disrespectfullyOver the past several years I have deposited proceeds from sales of properties and attempt to keep a balance of over $10,in my savings account to this day
I am attaching documentation of the notices and statements that I receive via my online account with CCCUAs you will see, I have been receiving electronic notifications since I only received late payment notices in July and NO notices in any other year, but yet they reported me to the credit bureau times
I called directly to petition as good will gesture and ask to have the negative remarks removed from my credit reportMike flatly refused, said he didn't care that I was going to close my account and hung up on me(In my opinion, as a loyal customer, I feel Mike's behavior was extremely rude and unprofessional)The current response from a CCCU representative clearly is written in the same language as to the tone of unprofessional rude behavior I received from MikePlease note that CCCU stated "In order to preserve the integrity of the credit reporting system, CCCU is not able to remove the late payments as the member has requested." See attached documentation noting of another customer complaint and the response by CCCU "The late payment was never reported to the credit bureaus, so it will not affect his credit history." (Clearly, that customer's payment was over days late and CCCU didn't care about maintaining the integrity of the NACU Fair Credit Reporting practices of his account.) How was this customer different than me? It's clear that I am being treated differently than other customers of CCCU
Where's the, "I am sorry for your frustration" as they wrote in the other Revdex.com complaint responses?
Please send me a copy of your NACU Fair Credit Reporting practices as per CCCU's agreement to preserve the integrity of credit reporting systems

I am truly sorry that you feel your complaint was not handled appropriatelyCCCU was merely stating facts in our earlier response, not attempting to shame youWe do very much appreciate your membership and sorry that you feel we have disrespected youIn regards to the other responses we have made on the Revdex.com, those situations were completely different than yoursThe other member your refer to in your 2nd response was not reported late to the credit bureau since they made the catpayment before it was reported as lateIf that member had been reported late, we would not have corrected their credit report since the information would have been accurate

I have never been given all of my records to my account for me to say what all transactions are fraudulent. I was told there were multiple withdrawals and ATM transactions that I said could not have been me. For one I NEVER use ATMs. When I asked for proof and for all my bank records the bank refused. I have talked to various bank employees who say it was an inside job of my money being taken.
I WANT MY MONEY BACK WITH INTEREST!!! I am also curious as to the $48,000.00 that went missing from another customer's account there.

Hello. I just received the statements in the post tonight. From the quick read through I did of them I see SEVERAL transactions that, according to these records, are transfers from a few hundred to several thousand each time made on the internet - transfers I did not and would not have made. The biggest amounts start showing up in March when I was practically bed ridden with a serious illness / poisoning. I am even more pissed off now.
