Good Afternoon,The issue has been resolvedCustomer misunderstood dispatcher as he was explaining that if the issue which customer is facing right now not related to the work we did then we'll just charge for the price of parts if any required else technician will fix it without any chargeWe
already went out there & fixed the door issue

On both the scheduled appointments technician told consumer to turn off the refrigerator for 12hrs& turn it on to see if there's any difference but on both ocassions consumer failed to do soHe spoke to dispatcher after days of the 2nd appointment asking for estimate & dispatcher
informed consumer that concerened technician has some family emergency but will call you as soon as we get updateSame day we got numerous calls from consumer & dispatcher explained the situationWhen we called with estimate consumer stated that he doesn't want any further service but looking for refund of service call which is generally non refundable as mentioned on invoice however we assured him that you will get refund of service call once accounting manager will be in but again numerous callsSo, finally my accounting manager specially drove to customer's home & handed over a refund of service call to resolve the issue

Hi,We been to customer's place on July 8th, 2015 & informed after diagnosing the Dryer that it need a main computer board. Also, we mentioned that due the brand which is not common it will take 2-3 weeks to arrange parts & as soon as will get it office will call you to schedule appointment....

On July 29, 2015 we informed customer that part will be delivered to us on July 30, 2015 for which consumer requested to come on Saturday i.e. On August 01, 2015 & repair was finished on same day. Technician also spoke to consumer about the issue raised with Revdex.com for which consumer agreed to call Revdex.com personally to mark it resolved.
