We at City Drugs Incstrive to provide our customers with outstanding and valuable serviceIn response to the complaint filed by [redacted] , we acknowledge that we are an agent of [redacted] International and we have processed the "transfer of $transaction' After the customer requested the refund due to the money not being picked up, we contacted [redacted] International for processing instructionsWe were not able to process this refund, as it falls into the category of "a receive transaction of or over $1000.00", and our location is not authorized to process any "receive transactions" over $We advised our customer that we cannot complete this transaction for him, and contacted [redacted] International while the customer was at the store ,and connected the customer with the [redacted] International representative who provided the list of the locations that would be able to process this transactionWhile we understand [redacted] frustration, our duties as a [redacted] agent were fulfilled, and the resolution of this complaint can only be achieved through [redacted] International directlyIn addition, we would like to point out that by the register we have a leaflet stating our inability to process any [redacted] International receive transaction exceeding $

I disagree with the comment the business because.1. They should not received money if unauthorized more than $ 999.00 but they received.2. I want to return my money $ 1000.00 plus the cost of delivery.
