City Dry Cleaning and Tailoring

The reason I went to see the status was because I was in the area and I was promised the completion within a couple of weeksSeveral weeks later was when I went in (in fact I had already gone o a vacation and already came backThey charged me for the cleaning and repair of the coat and said my sweater jacket was not done yetI paid for the coat and took it homeWhen I got home, I checked out the coat and found it was not repaired so I had to drive all the way back so yes I was upset but they only returned my repair fee and insisted they had it dry cleaned although they were the ones who put it on a hanger and bagged itThey took about minutes to find my sweater jacket which they had not repaired eitherThe only thing I said was that I wanted the sweater jacket back because at this point it had already been at least to weeks overdue as was the coat and I could get it done somewhere else fasterAlso, I did not appreciate the fact that after getting it home, the coat was not repaired anywayI told the woman there that I would no longer do business with themI think other people should know about their bad service and unfulfilled promises as well as how messy their store was (clothes were laying all over the floor)I don't expect any refund from them (although I don't think they cleaned my coat) but I want this complaint registered so other can avoid doing business with them and avoid the same disappointment I feltThey should not make repair promises that they can't keepI took my items elsewhere and got them back fully repaired in one week's time! No excuse for the delay and bad service!!!

Sorry for the delay to acknowledge this requestI am enclosing customer copy notice call when donewe always clean and work after cleaning- she came in on her own- she was angry for not being reason we said we would call to avoid what she did- to come in. Cleaning - charged- not charged for
repair- no need to put such a show for her coming in on her own- if we called and it was not ready then I would understand why she is mad - not coming in without a call

The only thing I said was that I wanted the sweater jacket back because at this point it had already been at least 2 to 3 weeks overdue as was the coat and I could get it done somewhere else faster.
