The customer purchased the equipment on 9/26/That was months ago. The customer is way passed cancelation, which by law is daysIt is way past that period, The contract states the refund policy on the contract as
follows," Except as provided under the notice of cancelation shown on with sales order, all sales are final and goods may not be returned"PLease see faxed copy of contract and credit app. The customer has signed and agreeed to the terms. The finance company also verifies the order with customer, asking if the customer has the equipment, and explaining the terms of the contract through a verification process which the contract was verifiedThe machine and warranty registered to the customer.ive tried to help her the way I canI cannot and will not refund her nor take the machine back

Please note that the sales contract, on the front by where we sign, does not list the interest rate of the financing, therefore the true cost is not listed. When the finance company called, it was at the expiration of the cooling off period, it was on the 29th of September, at the expiration of the cooling off period. Also, no where in the phone call or the sales contract does the contract list how much the price of the vacuum with the interest. This is deceptive business practice. It is also illegal. When you are financing something, or buying something in a contract, as what is presenting, the terms must be clear and definite, see the Uniform Commercial Code which governs the sale of goods and services. The Statute of Limitations on fraud and misrepresentation is years, regardless of a "cooling off" period. I do not believe your company understands the gravity of this misrepresentation and the class action lawsuits that would result. This company needs to edit its contracts immediately to reflect what every other industry must do, present the actual cost of the item, including the finance charges, and have the customer sign that sectionThey avoid this because otherwise, they would be unable to sell this vacuum as financed, as few people have $in cash to purchase a vacuum cleaner. I am not sure how long this goes back and forth but it seems that I should just file my lawsuit claim or take this matter to mediation.Thank you,*** *** ***

looking at the response what *** *** *** is describing is a installment contract. The contract that *** *** *** was entered into is a revolving contractThe revolving agreement abides ands follows all of the statutes and laws in all statesThis agreement was read,signed, well as verified by the finance company. The agreement is open ended being were if the balance is paid off in full at any pointAny future finance charges will be eliminated . We will try to make an attempted to resolve the issue with the customer

I am rejecting this response because:Confidential information was shared with another customer. I was on vacation when I received a phone call from the customer who referred the Rainbow salesman to me to let me know they were informed our credit had not passed. To give another example of breech of confidentiality, while I was on the phone sharing my concern with the owner of City Dynamics, he shared that the other party's credit had not passed either. When I pointed out that he had shared their confidential info with me he became irate. He told me there was noting for him to do. He was very condescending and very unprofessional. When I asked his name he hung up on me.  I find it it difficult to believe there is not a way for them to assist me in returning the vacuum. I will be sure to share my experience on any and all forms of social media accounts as well as with any friends, family or acquaintances.  Thank you.
