I am rejecting this response because:Confidential information was shared with another customer. I was on vacation when I received a phone call from the customer who referred the Rainbow salesman to me to let me know they were informed our credit had not passed. To give another example of breech of confidentiality, while I was on the phone sharing my concern with the owner of City Dynamics, he shared that the other party's credit had not passed either. When I pointed out that he had shared their confidential info with me he became irate. He told me there was noting for him to do. He was very condescending and very unprofessional. When I asked his name he hung up on me. I find it it difficult to believe there is not a way for them to assist me in returning the vacuum. I will be sure to share my experience on any and all forms of social media accounts as well as with any friends, family or acquaintances. Thank you.
