Review: I bought 3 explorer passes from The concierge desk at the Lexington Hotel, NYC the man I purchased these passes from a man named [redacted], he told me that these exploreer passes included the statue of Liberty and the wax museum,and the nop on hop off bus, the charge for 3 tickets was 239.97, which I paid cash. [redacted] gave me a voucher and sent me on my way, wrote an address down for us toi go get ouit explorer cards.We were in NYC to celebrate my daughters 16th birthday, My daughters goal was to get to the statue of liberty, we started out Saturday Morning to go get our passes, so we could get on the bus and head to the statue of liberty, [redacted] told us the bus stopped at 6 PM, We walked to the address that [redacted] told us, only to be told we were in the wrong place, sothey sent us to another address who sent us tom another address, thi9s went on for a long while, I stoppped on Broadway and asked a man in a ticket booth he tried to find the address on his computer and was unable, I Called the number on my recippt the women told me to head to the gray line bus station, which I did, only to be told once again wrong place.They sent me to ripleys believe it or not.once we arrived I was told yes right place got my cards, by now it was AFTER 2pm, the man then told me it did not included the statue of liberty or wax museum, in disgust I walked away, turned back around went and asked for my money back, he said he could not give me my money.now not knowing what to do we got on the bus at 230, only to find out it stopped at 5 not 6, we didnt even have time to get off to look at the statue from a far, we were leaving the next day.we went to the top of the rock at 930 at night because that was the only thing on there we could do by that time we were all miserable from the long day wasted, we went up to e things worse so exhausted we had to wait an hour to come down.I have tried to get help with this dealing with them, they offered $40 credit, it cost me $239 to ride a bus, I would have taken the subway insteDesired Settlement: I would like at least my $239 back or most of it, they ruined my daughters 16th birthday from misinformation, we road the bus in hopes to we could do something but that didnt work out because of the time crunch im disgusted, we didnt do anything we planned, we walked around the city looking for theses tickets that didnt included anything I was told they did.
