I went to the website Thursday, February 13th and ordered a $55.00 flower arrangement to be delivered Friday, February 14th. I received a confirmation of the order and payment was deducted from my account. No delivery was made on February 14th. Our office was closed Saturday but a rep from City Florist dropped the flowers off on Saturday with a cleaning rep. The flowers were left at the office during the weekend and were dry and almost dead. The arrangement that I ordered was nothing comparable to the arrangement received. The arrangement didn't include a balloon which was purchased for an extra $5.00. Very disappointed with the product, business and delivery. I called customer service twice with promises of a return call or refund. No one from city florist has contacted me and I have not received a refund.Product_Or_Service: flowersDesired SettlementI want a full refund of $54Business Response This individual could not have placed an internet or wire order on the 13th of February since our internet orders and wire orders were suspended on Tuesday Feb 11th and not turned back on until Monday Feb 17th. This can be verified by our wire service[redacted] that manages our website. However we did receive this order from [redacted] headquarters on Saturday Feb. 15 by phone and their individual credit card was used. We were given the address to deliver this arrangement and it was delivered to [redacted] on[redacted] and it was accepted and our driver was informed the recipient was there. As a result the arrangement was left. As mentioned, [redacted] gave us the order for a total of $35.00 not for $55 and it did not include a balloon. A copy of this credit card charge is on file as well as a copy of this order.We will be most happy to furnish a copy of such. However a refund is not in order for this order. It has been misrepresented to Revdex.com so please contact us for additional information. This further salitifies why I will not and will encourage coworkers, family and friends to NOT do business with this company. My order was placed THURSDAY NIGHT VIA THE INTERNET. MY CREDIT CARD WAS DEBITED $55 THURSDAY NIGHT for delivery on Friday. I can provide the email confirmation and credit card receipt. The arrangement received was cheap and not what I ordered. Pls call XXX-XXX-XXXX ref# XXXXXXXXX to confirm when my order was placed, how much I paid and when it was delivered. Unacceptable.
