Review: Bent Bed Frame

Purchaes bed set with frames on 2/**/2015 frame bent on 8/**/2015 start calling right after the bed landed on the floor.

on 8/**/2015 City Furnture Decor told me in order to get the prroblem fixed I would be billed $57.00.Desired Settlement: New bed frame.

Review: I had made a purchase on 1/**/15. When they deliver the items 1 moth after purchased. 2 of of four chairs came apart the day of delivery. Another bench that was part of the purchase was so portly put together that the screws went through the cushion sea hurting my children when they sat down for the first time on it. I imiditly reported the problem to the delivery person and he told me to call the store. I did they offered to exchange the chairs for another item witch never got delivered to me. I had spoken to the [redacted] several times and he is just prolonging the issue and not doing anything to address it.Desired Settlement: I would like my money back imidietly. I feel he took advantage of me because I'm a single mom and he thinks I'm an easy target. I feel he took advantage from me and had stolled my money because I'm a single mother and an easy target.

Review: I ordered furniture from this business about a month and a half ago. I paid in full a total amount of $1440.00. The furniture was finally delivered to me about 3 weeks ago. The loveseat and the cofee table was damaged because the delivery men dropped them on their way up. The love seat has a small snag on it and the table had a chipped piece of wood off the edge. They called and made it aware before they left my residence. It's been 3 weeks since my furniture was delivered and I have yet to receive service on my couch and my table still hasn't been delivered. They have not communicated with me. All communication has been me calling them non stop or just popping up at the store. I was told that they would have to make a way to get the table delivered to me because they don't travel to brooklyn often when it was their men than damaged my merchandise in the first place. I was even offered to carry the table home myself on the train but of course it was too heavy for me to do that. Ultimately the owner, I'm guessing offered to just bring it to me being that he also resides in Brooklyn. I called twice today and was told he was gonna call me when he got in, I haven't heard from him. I'm trying to be as patient as possible but it's already been 3 weeks and I still have no table or my love seat fixed.Desired Settlement: To ultimately have my missing merchandise delivered and the damaged love seat fixed.
