The manufacture only credit for her for the frame and the coil protrusion, we did show her the document from the manufacture, however, we also tell her that we will credit for her additional $680.96, we further explain for her that we just tried to be nice to her and since she is our customer we just wanted to make her happy, it is our lost in this case, but she wanted to have her money back That not end thereif she did not want to have the total of $in store credit then we can replace whatever piece of the sectional which have been damage, she then again refused The way we understand is that she wanted $in store credit and she also wanted to keep the sectional We did told her that we have to sent the sectional back to the manufacture, but again she said that she going to report us to the Revdex.com We work very hard to please her but she refused all the offer that we been giving for herFurthermore, we tried to deal directly with the Guardian Insurance company for her, but they decline her case because the way she challenge themPlease, help us on this case, we work very hard to settle with the customer, but once and for all she the one out of thousands customer that we are having very difficult to deal withThank you very much for all of your help Best wish to you

They brought us new couches but they did not apologize and the couch was not for another customer, they gave us the floor set for a higher priceThey intended to sell us the floor set at a higher priceAnd after we complained to them they kept lying about when the new furniture set was going to come
We have talked to the customer and apologized about the mix up. The floor model was intended for a different customer, as we did sell the floor model at a discounted price and the delivery personnel mixed up the 2 invoices. We have apologized to the customer and delivered him the new set.

Review: On November 28, 2015 I bought two pieces of furniture, one love seat and one sofa. When I went to the store I asked the manager of the store if he is going to sell the display furniture and he said no he is not going to sell the display and that he is going to order new pieces of furniture. When I was at the store I noticed the display furniture had dirty marks and scratches. When they delivered the furniture on December 2, 2015 my furniture had the same marks and scratches. I went back to the store on the same night and told the manager you gave us the display furniture and he said no I didn't so I asked him where the display furniture is and he said I sold it. We wanted to buy the display furniture but he told us he's going to sell it on November 28. He lied to us. He gave us the display furniture and charged us as if the furniture was brand new. If he ordered new furniture on November 28 or 29 there is no way it could've arrived in three to four days, it can take up to month. He told us on December 3 he would deliver the new furniture today, December 16, and he called this morning and said I ordered the new furniture from another state. They played with our time and money.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund of my money.
