I reject the business's response that it has made several attempts to resolve the matter. I have heard nothing from them in weeks. (This practice seems to be a habit with them by other reviews that I have seen of their conduct.) I have nothing in-hand that puts forth any plan by the business that details how the defective installation would be corrected. Avoiding court proceedings lies totally within the pervue of John Cooper Paving and Sealing. All that has to be done is to remove their defective product installation and return my $3,500.00 plus expenses.

We have made many attempts to try to resolve this matter.   It is not our decision to resolve this through court.

There isn't any 'ongoing resolution'. Despite my offer to continue discussions she is leaving the resolution to the court system.

To Whom it May Concern,               Please be advised that John Cooper Paving and Sealing has made many attempts to resolve the issue, including face to face meetings with the customer, many telephone calls, and email communication.
