Review: I purchased a vehicle from this company back in September. Company stated they will mail me the title. It has now been 2 months and I still don't have the title. When I first called they stated they will give me an extension on the temporary tags which they did an the title I should be receiving soon. I still don't have the title and everytime I call either I am put on hold for 20-30min and when I hang up and call back they decline to answer. I literally have to call from a totally different phone number to get someone to answer. I am not the type of person who complain about businesses but this business should be reported for its shady practices and overall not caring about how they get your money.Desired Settlement: I would like this situation handled simply. I really just want the title because I do like the car or a replacement vehicle with a valid title. Last if none of these things can be done then just give me my money back and I will see them in court for these shady practices.

Review: Contacted City Import Gallery to start the application process for a vehicle. The salesman by the name of Karen was helping me and was VERY rude. She used ALOT of profanity while on the telephone, cut me off, would put me on hold and tell me she has other customers. I felt like my money wasnt good enough here. I was approved by their bank for for the vehicle I wanted and we had an agreement on a down payment. The next day I am ready to drive several hours away for this vehicle and she calls me to tell me that my down payment needed is two thousand dollars more. Well Karen is still very rude and I would NOT recommend anyone to do business with this company. I also did not get the vehicle I was approved for. I feel like they were trying to scam me out of extra money.
