Review: The contractor promised to complete a bathroom renovation and replace a kitchen faucet. We agreed on a payment schedule and he was paid in full. The bathroom renovation was completed. The contractor promised several times to return to install the kitchen faucet but never completed this part of the project. Repeated attempts to contact him met with no response. I am now convinced he has no intention of completing this part of the project because he was already paid in full. I received an estimate from a plumber that it will cost me $200 to get this done.Desired Settlement: I will need to engage a plumber to complete this job and install the kitchen faucet. His estimate is $200. I would like a refund from the original contractor to cover this cost.
