City Kia

This dealership is very deceptiveI had a beyond terrible experience with City Kia We traded in our Jeep two weeks ago on 9/16/for a new Kia ForteOur salesman Robert never called *** to get our payoff amount on the Jeep on that day we were there to sign papers I told him that I did not know the payoff amount and he should call them So there was no "verbal" statement amount given by usRobert guesstimated the amount while I told him I don't know the payoff amount(Wouldn't getting a payoff amount be a pretty important thing to do by a dealership?) Robert then said, don't worry if you owe more then Kia will take care of it, and if we underestimated, we will send you a check Two weeks later to the day (9/30/2017), I received a call from Robert, then Jason (Sales GM), saying the estimate was wrong/low and I owe them $999, and how would I like to pay for that cash, check, or credit card? I was stunned and said, you're calling me two weeks later (when my jeep is already gone) and you never got the payoff amount while we were there? So I called *** today and the lady said that Kia just called on 9/for the payoff, not two weeks ago (when technically the payoff amount was lower) on 9/16/Robert blatantly lied to us, and this could've been taken care of in a professional, HONEST wayCity Kia of Orlando is NOT accredited by the Revdex.com, so I would urge everyone to stay away from them and take your wanted business elsewhereI wouldn't wish this on anyone, including those salesmen, gym family membersWhat a disappointment
