We have reviewed our call logs and listened to call recordings and this complaint is not matching what we have on our voice recording It would seem that the customer might have called the car dealership listed on the mailer we sent on behalf of the auto dealership If anyone were to say things like that to a customer while on the phone, they would be immediately be removed from their position within our companySincerely, [redacted]

I was determined to receive an amount that I can afford and be comfortable paying, at first they presented an amount that I couldn't afford, but at the end I had a payment that I can afford and is comfortable withThe customer service is excellent, and I was very pleased on how they served and treated meThey even presented some advice to my teenage son; I wish they can be his mentorI am a proud owner of a Jeep Compass

I think it's a crock! I have bad credit and I believe they send out notices to anyone and everyone to find businessThey say you are prequalified without even knowing if you truly have an acceptable credit scoreAll they will do is run your credit again and then get denied with yet another hit on your already hurting credit score

This company is a bunch of liars.  I have attached proof of the continued calls.  I also demand that City Lending remove me from their mail list. THis is the worst company Ive ever had to deal with.

After reviewing this customers file.  It appears that back in November of 2016 we worked with this customer.  Shortly before her appointment she called and stated she wanted to cancel.  We attempted to contact her to reschedule and it wasn't until February 2nd that she stated she...

wanted off the list.  [redacted] began calling consumers that had appointments in the past with the hopes of helping those consumers refinance their current vehicles.  It appears that back in February when Ms. [redacted] stated she did not want to be called again the rep who took that call did not click the "DO NOT CALL" button in our system.  Had he pressed that button she would not have been contacted by Mr. [redacted].  I have removed her from the list and she will never be contact by our company again via phone.   Sincerely, [redacted]

The number listed on this complaint is not in our system anywhere.  Is there perhaps another number that needs to be removed?  It's very difficult to insure that a number is removed from our system if we don't know what number to remove.Thank you.

I wanna Thank City Lending for making it possible to trade-in my vehicle for a brand new vehicle. They sent me information that really caught my eye and because they went as far as to help me get the vehicle I always dreamed of. I'm so satisfied and overjoyed with new dream vehicle. Thank you so much!!

I am leaving this review because I was helped in so many ways by city lending. The letters they send to your home saying they can help refinance or get you a new vehicle isnt fake like other usual companies that send them out but in the end never give you what they said they were and just make you waste a whole bunch of time. They helped by making an appointment at the dealership and letting me know what to expect when I got there. They made me have hope in being able to get the car I wanted and they did not let me down and stuck by there word and I left the dealership very happy in the car ive been trying to get for months now thank you so much city lending you made one of my dreams come true.

I would like to thanks Kia and city lending for what they did for me in getting me out of my old car and into a new one he kept me informed on everything he call dealership and set my appointment the process was so easy more people need to try them had no problem
