I am rejecting this response because: I called the Fredericktown City Light & Water office upon receiving this email and their people told me that...
they did NOT say what is stated above. I would like a clearer resolution to this. After all it has been three weeks ( four if you count the original complaint I had with the city yet paid the bill in full). The City of Fredericktown is just less than 4,000 people. I believe they are "dodging" this issue with me.
