This is by far the worse dealership I have ever dealt with, they have shady and illegal practices and they try to manipulate the information or the manner in which the information is givenThe owner was very eager to disclose how he takes advantage of the people who occupy the community he serves He has had multiple run Ins with the law and is a criminal and he needs to be exposedI wouldn't recommend this business to ANY1, save yourself the heartache and don't do it to yourselfI am going to do all I can to expose this piece of trash for what he really is

Review: Purchased a '04 Jeep Cherokee from City Lights [redacted] on 11/6/13 , have had issues from week after purchase date ,since car over 8 years old, owner will do nothing, based on laws of used cars over certain year can not be argued. however after bringing to a mechanic he disclosed and I have in writing , that miss-firings were occurring in cylinders 2,3,4,& 5, and valve seals were all warped or cracking, exposed wires at engine harness, leaking fuel injectors in cylinder 1&2 neither were sealed with a lower O rings, which could have easily caught on fire. Upon further investigation 2 badly worn valve seats, heavy carbon build up,and 2 worn rocker arms, the vehicle even though it had a passed inspection sticker, could never pass in this shape, that is the mechanics opinion and that the inspection sticker/ process was manipulated. At my lawyers recommendation I brought car in for inspection which it promptly failed. It is now April, 6 months later and car is now at Jeep, and still is not drive-able , I have payed $2500 in repairs, and still do not have car working properly. according to CT MVD form K-208 the seller signs off under penalty of the law that emissions is completed and checked off by said seller, with info above I believe that is a breech of contract and would ask for some refund .Desired Settlement: I would like City Lights to reimburse me for 75% of all repairs completed, or I would like to pursue the inspection sign off (form K-208) and try to prove that a law was broken here.
