We DO NOT Give Out Customer Information To Anyone We do Not Do That

The $Was The Deductible For The Part That Was NOT Even Under WarrantyThe Customers Copy Of The Warranty States Once Vehicle Passes Inspection (Which It did) Any work Done On The Vehicle The Customer Pays $DeductibleThe Vehicle Was Purchased Knowingly That The Driver Seat Automatic Buttons Needed To Be Replaced We Purchased The Part From *** And Was Going To Fix It But Customer Refused To Pay The DeductibleWe Offered To Fix A Part That Wasn't Under The Customers Warranty But Wanted To Help The Customer Out And All We Asked For Was The $Deductible Which Was Less Than what We Paid For The PartCustomers Copy Of Warranty States Their Is A $Deductible.. Vehicle Passed InspectionWe Tried Working With The Customer But It Was Just Very Foul Language On His Part And Racial Slurs That Was Not Called For At allWe Wanted To Help The Customer We Didn't Think Asking For The Deductible Which Is On His Copy Of Warranty Also Wasn't Going To Cause This

] this is a total lie. This business has quite the reputation for doing this. They have numerous complaints with the attorney general. The part that they were supposed to fix was the drivers seat. Why would I buy a car with a broken seat that my wife who is shorter than 5 feet tall can’t adjust. This is absolutely ridiculous. Also the 100 dollars that I refused to pay was a charge that they told me was for the registration. My contract states that they had duducted over 500 for paperwork and registration fees: I believe that they were attempting to make me pay for the part they promised to fix. I will now take this to small claims court for further help. And will also call attorney general.

Mr [redacted] Was Supposed To Bring Us The Title To His Vehicle Once He Left With His New Vehicle He Purchased He Cut Off His Contact With Us. I Personally Called Him From My Personal Cell Phone And He Answered I Said Hi [redacted] He Said Yes Who's This Once I Said I Was From City Line He Hung Up On Me. We Do Not Give Out Customers Info To Anyone Or Anyone's Information For That Matter. We Have Tried Ourselves Numerous Times  To Contact Mr [redacted] And Failed Every Time.. We Had To Sell The Vehicle AS IS Without A Title Cause He Didn't Keep His End Of The Bargain. We Wouldn't Have Let Him Leave With The New Vehicle If We Knew He Wasn't Going To Provide Us With The Title For His Trade In.. Nobody Gave His Info Out To Anyone! We Never Would Give Anyone's Info Out Without Permission From The Person.

Issue Has Been Resolved.. Customer Was Refunded At Both Parties Agreed

Why in God’s name would I purchase a vehicle with h a broken seat. They can continue to fabricate all the stories they want. I will see u in court and explain my case to a judge. They never told me that the 100 was a deductible for the part. The part brand new is 100 so what deducatble are they talking about. They told me that the 100 was registration fees. Also they did not get the part from [redacted]. They made me wait 2 weeks for this part and when I called them and asked y the part was taking so long they said it was on back order. That’s when I said [redacted] can get it in 24 hours. The manger told me we aren’t going to pay for a new part. We ordered the part from [redacted] used and that’s why it takes so long. Now they say the got it from [redacted]. I can’t wait to go to court. Oh and the car broke down during the 30 day warrenty. The alternator let go. See you in court I have all my recites. We will let the judge decide. Calling attorney general. Also this car dealership lost their license to operate in Westport, ma because of customers complaints

We was fixing A Issue On His Vehicle That was a NON Warranty Item And The Customer Refused To Pay The $100 Deductible. He Was Very Rude And Very Not Professional Using Very Foul Language To Our Staff Including A Female Also Using Racial Slurs To One Of Our Sales Men.. We Tried Working With Him We...

City Line’s statement that they have not given out my personal information is patently untrue. They have now given out my personal information TWICE that I am aware of. Both times, the person who contacted me or my family told us that they were instructed to do so BY City Line, who also furnished them with my personal information.I filled out all the necessary paperwork required by the RI DMV to obtain a duplicate title and I did this AT City Line. Their failure to obtain the title has nothing to do with me and is not my fault.  Regards,
