I have requested a contract copy and have not received any kind of response from this company I have been corresponding with [redacted] since they are quick to call me when there is no payment made and ready to repo my vehicleSo I asked [redacted] for a copy of my contract and I have yet to see it or hear back from himI even contacted customer service and ask for a supervisor to call me back to get an explanation of charges since a previous payment log that they sent me made no sense to meI have several statements that show a certain amount and the next month will show a higher amount and have a feeling that this company is fraudulent and careless with their billing practices since I have not received a response

My name is *** ***, I got a TITLE LOAN from City Loans in 12/I got behind on my payments and they REPOED my vehicleI understand I owe them the money they loaned me, but I had to declare Chapter BANKRUPCTY in order for me to keep me vehicleI owed them approximately $3,When I got my vehicle back they told my attorney I owed them over $12,000, which is incorrectMy payments through my bankrupcty are TREMENDOUS, I want to get them the money which is owed to them, but I also want them to be fair about itThey claimed when I obtained the TITLE LOAN and they told me about a $4,service charge, which was added to my principal loanThey charged me $4,(two) times which equals $9,I took out the TITLE LOAN but I did not learn about the $9,extra they are adding to my loan, they have also been very RUDEThey have never tried working with me on this, I would like to keep me car but what they are TRYING TO CHARGE me for the TITLE LOAN is RIDICULOUSI wo

I took out a loan and at the end of it they say I owe $in late feesthey won't show proof of late payments and amounts associatedAsked times

After being bullied, lied to, & threatened by this company I was a nervous wreck
The condensed version: took title loan that my husband was going to pay back, He had no intensionsof doing so even though we were in agreeance & thus began nightmare #I called city loan for help just like the commercial saidthey said if I don't pay by friday my car will be repo'dMissing first payment they will not helpfriday comes, I don't have the money, I call back a few days later they are even more rude, my car is being sought out for repofor the next week or so i'm trying to work the moneyI ask if I pay in full this repo gets yanked right? they say noFinally, I sell my car to toyota & toyota paid that dayweek I call toyota for my paymenttoyota says they have not sent titleI call & the games begin,same with toyota, toyota is sending a certified letter demanding the title, I called long beach pd, pd said CL can not do thatbut its a civil matter & I have strong case

City Loan repossessed my property, as I (***) is the lien holder according to DMVMy spouse entered into a loan with City Loan (not me)
