Lost entire year with them
I signed contract with them last year to be first first on first page all cities inside 15 miles radius from my zip code, also paid them to rank website and 8 months later I’m not on first page , website rank is close to zero
I gave them much time as much to make it work
They said it would take 3 months and has been 8 months or so
Worse company ever
I regret to work with them
I tried the first time , horrible and I was dumb enough to try the second time
The contract says money back if we don’t bring to first page in 3 months something like that
Money back guarantee and now they won’t refund me
Stay away from them
I'd have some urls they deleted
I was told I purchased the top webpage plus website package.
My website has been removed, but yet my landing pages are still online which makes no sense as a business owner. I have been lied to and taken advantage of which is a crime under federal trade regulations and also fraudulent inducement.
Fraudulent inducement, also known as fraudulent misrepresentation or fraud in the inducement, occurs when one party makes a false statement or representation to another party, which causes that party to enter into a contract. In order for fraudulent inducement to be proven, the following elements must be present:
1. A representation was made (either by words or conduct)
2. The representation was false
3. The representation was material (meaning it would have affected the other party's decision to enter into the contract)
4. The representation was made with the intent to deceive the other party
5. The other party relied on the representation and entered into the contract as a result
6. The other party suffered damages as a result of relying on the false representation.
My small business has come to a screeching halt due to this company being negligent and misleading. Please help!
