Review: I hired this company to move my belongings into a storage pod for a cross country move. When my unit was unpacked I discovered they had damaged my bed; severe scratching, masking tape directly on the frame that can't be removed. The damage had been purposely hidden by the movers under a blanket. I called asking to discuss compensation. I was told the company had been sold and they would be in touch. No one returned my call for a week. On my second call I was told the previous owners had changed their number and my issues were not the company's responsibility. The person I spoke with hung up on me when I contested that statement.Desired Settlement: I spent $340 on the move, plus an additional $140 in gratuity. The bed cost $600 plus tax. At the very least I expect the move and gratuity to be refunded.
