My current offer still standsAgain, no obligation to determine costs of services desiredPlease feel free to contact me to discuss

I have spoken with Ms [redacted] and we are trying to work something out with her on the repairVehicle was sold with 160,miles "as is" in July Our inspection record at that time does indicate it wasn't there, however, that does not mean it was, as it may have been missed on inspectionI did indicate to Ms [redacted] that I would refund the diagnostic charge, as she was already aware of the missing parking brake

On Feb 28th Mr [redacted] brought Ravto our service for inspectionUpon an inspection it was discovered that a bolt securing an airbag sensor came loose and was missingA repair was made to secure the sensor properlyThere was no charge to Mr [redacted] for this repair Our service manager, with myself and Mr [redacted] inspected the vehicle for any prior damage or repair and determined that none of the indicators were present in the front end of the vehicleWe do not know when or how, in the history of the vehicle, the bolt came loose or was removedThere were at least lights on in Mr [redacted] 's vehicle, one being an airbag light and the other was a check engine lightWe instructed Mr [redacted] to return to [redacted] and have the recall completed and have the airbag light and check engine lights diagnosedMy service manager gave him his number so that if there was any questions or issues relating to the sensor we repaired we would address themWe have not received a call as of today I did have our service manager do some research today regarding the codes noted on [redacted] 's repair invoice, and, it appears to us that the codes indicate an issue with the rear of the vehicle airbag sensorsIt could be the sensors themselves, connections and may corrosion of the connection, or something elseFurther diagnostic at a Toyota dealer would be necessary to determine the issue thereIt may be noted that the airbag and check engine lights were on when the vehicle was inspected by [redacted] I truly regret Mr [redacted] s vehicle or that any vehicle will incur mechanical issues from time to timeI do not see any evidence that our dealership was the cause the sensor bolt to come out or the indicator lights to come onWith regard to the prior accident, the carfax does indicate a "minor accident" and indicates it could be as minor as a small dent or scratchAll car faxes are attached to our online inventory for viewing by prospective customers and are always provided upon request This vehicle was sold in "as is", had 90,miles on it and currently has 108,miles on itI want nothing more for Mr [redacted] to happy with us and his vehicleAlthough we are certain airbag light is unrelated to front sensor, I am willing to offer $to Mr [redacted] in order for him to pursue further diagnosis and repair of the airbag issue

Simply agreeing to diagnose the problems I'm having when I've already paid a Honda dealer to diagnose them isn't a resolutionI'm willing to buy the parts necessary for my civic to be fixed to safety standards if you are willing to cover the laborI also would like to have any work done at a Honda dealerI have connections and can get significant discounts on laborMore than a 10% friends/family discountThe three things that I'm most concerned about are the ball joints, front struts/suspension and the axleThe rest I can attribute to wear and tear from myself driving the car and it may or may not have already been to that point within the time I bought the car until nowMy whole problem here is that the axle boot and suspension boots don't wear graduallyIf the car was inspected properly they would've noticed the tears and wiggle in the wheelI'm not just trying to get over on you all but from a consumer standpoint, I'm out dollars on a car that needs worth of work that needs doneI will gladly submit the repair order I received from Lindsay Honda stating all the problems they've come acrossI understand I bought a used car and the fact that you keep reiterating that seems like you think I'm an it And that I don't understand when I've been screwed into somethingFor all these problems I would've got another car financed thru you guys but kameron was eager to get rid of itI offered to find a rebuilt transmission when you guys replaced it but you refusedI offered to have it done by rush Honda in an afternoon for a cheaper price than you guys have on the repair invoiceI've been more than courteous throughout this processEveryone just assumed I'm an it and you're going to do it your wayWhich cost you guys the possible sale of a car that I was subsequently given to drive because I hadn't even had the civic for days before the "rotor" problem was identified as bad transmission case bearingsI've tried to offer out my connections to youre team but you shot it all down as if I'm the one getting over on youJust bottom line if the car was such a great deal and was inspected the way it should been you would've asked for more because of the money you all had to put into itNo because I bought it it's my problem that I got the short strawI'm not going to accept less than that

I have spoken with Ms*** and we are trying to work something out with her on the repairVehicle was sold with 160,miles "as is" in July Our inspection record at that time does indicate it wasn't there, however, that does not mean it was, as it may have been missed on inspection. I did indicate to Ms*** that I would refund the diagnostic charge, as she was already aware of the missing parking brake

We regret that we were unable to complete the financing for Mr***His down payment was made via a credit/debit card which resulted in a refund being credited back on the same cardOn Monday 12/1, the credit was issued back to the card in the full amountIt is my understanding that a credit
typically takes to hours to be credited back to a bank accountWe did reach out to our merchant services vender to explore anyway to get funds to his account faster and were unsuccessfulThey indicated to us that funds had been returned to Mr***s bank and any others delays would be due to his bank. I would presume as of this date 12/the credit is thereI spoke with Mr*** on Tuesday and conveyed this informationThere was no mention of gas reimbursement but I will be happy to put a check in the mail to him for thatMy sales manager did contact the lot where he was to purchase a vehicle and they indicated that they would deliver the vehicle and wait on the credit to reach his bank for the down paymentI conveyed this as well to Mr***I want to apologize to Mr*** for the inconvenience

We deeply regret any mechanical issues that may arise from your vehicle purchaseI did review the file and see that we sold an Honda civic with 144,milesAn inspection was done on the vehicle and any issues relating to safety and drivability were addressedPlease see attached service
invoicesUnder no circumstances did we represent a 144,mile Honda as being new or indicate all worn parts were replacedWe did in good faith, replace and cover 100% of the transmission which failed about days after delivery, although our warranty does indicate a 50% participation on this itemOur cost on that was approx$1900.00, see attached invoice I have also attached the original bill of sale and the buyers guide which explains the warranty on this vehicleThe buyers guide clearly indicates an "as is" sale on this vehicleAlthough we cannot warranty the items in question, we would be willing to offer a discount of 30% off parts and labor from our standard pricing with any work being done in our service department relating to the items in questionPlease feel free to contact me should like to schedule any repairs

Mr***, again I regret the financing could not be arrangedI did issue check for the gas as you requested and I assume the refund for the down payment was credited back to your bank account as wellI placed a call to you today and left you a voice mailPlease contact me to discuss any further issues or concerns with this

apparently the only reason financing could not be arranged is that your salesman [redacted] did NOT do his job. but nonetheless the contract was violated/breeched by the "dealership" and for that the only remedy is legal. I received your voicemail but until the arbitration with AUTOCAP is settled and we have finished consultation with our attorney this is NOT a satisfactory apology and this is not finished.we are not finished with BOBB automotive

[redacted]I called Mr. [redacted] and told him that I was sorry for the late reply as our website did no forward his message, no excuses as I need to make sure that our systems work.  In addition, I told him that I was sorry that [redacted] declined his card and that I was not sure why they told him later that they did not decline our authorization request (Our records of the transaction does show two declines by [redacted]).  He almost immediately said that he might have been too hasty in sending these messages, both to City Mill and the Revdex.com (said this twice).  I told him I understand the frustration of not being able to make the charge, with [redacted] declining the authorization request.I gave him my direct phone number and asked him to send me the [redacted] statement if it shows one or two charges from City Mil and we would make it right.  He was very pleasant and almost apologetic to me for having me needing to call him.  From our standpoint, the complaint has been resolved, and unless he produces an [redacted] statement with City Mill charges on it, we consider that the customer complaint resolved. Please let me know if you have any questions.  [redacted]

[I am rejecting this response because: I went last Saturday on the 28th after setuping an appointement With bob Suzuki because they emailed me after you contacted them, but they did not Fix my problème yet, they just  put a Bolt  to mount the sensor Who Was not boltted by [redacted] because ([redacted] didn't  bolted it because of the dommaged sensor area) ,I told them that they shouldn't  even sale me the car because it has been in accident and the car has a safety issue and they never told me that, when I bought it so, I gave them a copy of the [redacted] report they told me that they did not knew about that and they are not responsible and the car was sold As is They told me also that they ganna call [redacted] to figure out what's going on and get me the snswer to fix the problem but until now nobody contacted me and I did not get any answer from them to fellowup . I told them by bolting just the sensor, thing I can do by myself I told them that the big issue is that the airbag light still appearing they told me they are going to contact [redacted] to check with them what's going on but until now I did not receive any answer. Please try to help me out with them I want a resolution for this safety issue because I stopped working since I heared about this issue and I want get back to work as a Uber driver if this safety issue is not fixed I risk to loose my job and my license because I can't drive passengers with this issue. I join to you the two reports of [redacted] and Bob Suzuki for you understand what's [redacted] until now and I still a victim of this issue please let me know what I need to do? Thanks in advance.

My current offer still stands. Again, no obligation to determine costs of services desired. Please feel free to contact me to discuss.

I’m sorry to hear of some previous repairs on Toyota possibly not being done correctly by another repair facility. At the moment, I must remind you that we did sell the vehicle with 90,829 miles “as is” (see attached) and cannot assume responsibility for defective repairs that were done sometime in...

vehicle’s past. However, on the hope that a correction may be simple, I am willing to inspect the vehicle at no charge and determine what a correct repair may entail. Please advise when you can drop off vehicle for 1 day so we look into the matter.

Because of the very inappropriate behavior of Mr. [redacted] ( Salesperson) Of his threats and inappropriate comments about my current financial status and me being on disability assistance. And for following my outside while I was trying to cool off and trying to instigate a reaction from me. It is my opinion and demand that he be fired and I will further lodge a complaint to have his dealers license revoked. This dealership with the exception of the help we did receive from Mr. [redacted] Breached a legally binding contract and we want and will seek legal recourse. We have hired legal counsel and are prepared to pursue further action if this cannot be resolved. As stated before this complaint has been forwarded to the Ohio attorney general's office.

We deeply regret any mechanical issues that may arise from your vehicle purchase. I did review the file and see that we sold an 03 Honda civic with 144,000 miles. An inspection was done on the vehicle and any issues relating to safety and drivability were addressed. Please see attached service invoices. Under no circumstances did we represent a 144,000 mile Honda as being new or indicate all worn parts were replaced. We did in good faith, replace and cover 100% of the transmission which failed about 25 days after delivery, although our warranty does indicate a 50% participation on this item. Our cost on that was approx. $1900.00, see attached invoice.  I have also attached the original bill of sale and the buyers guide which explains the warranty on this vehicle. The buyers guide clearly indicates an "as is" sale on this vehicle. Although we cannot warranty the items in question, we would be willing to offer a discount of 30% off parts and labor from our standard pricing with any work being done in our service department relating to the items in question. Please feel free to contact me should like to schedule any repairs.

I have spoken with Ms. [redacted] and we are trying to work something out with her on the repair. Vehicle was sold with 160,000 miles "as is" in July 2013. Our inspection record at that time does indicate it wasn't there, however, that does not mean it was, as it may have been missed on...

inspection. I did indicate to Ms. [redacted] that I would refund the diagnostic charge, as she was already aware of the missing parking brake.

Yes on both account but this is not the basis of my complaint. Breach of contract is the basis of my complaint

On Feb 28th Mr. [redacted] brought Rav4 to our service for inspection. Upon an inspection it was discovered that a bolt securing an airbag sensor came loose and was missing. A repair was made to secure the sensor properly. There was no charge to Mr. [redacted] for this repair.  Our service manager, with myself and Mr. [redacted] inspected the vehicle for any prior damage or repair and determined that none of the indicators were present in the front end of the vehicle. We do not know when or how, in the history of the vehicle, the bolt came loose or was removed. There were at least 2 lights on in Mr. [redacted]'s vehicle, one being an airbag light and the other was a check engine light. We instructed Mr. [redacted] to return to [redacted] and have the recall completed and have the airbag light and check engine lights diagnosed. My service manager gave him his number so that if there was any questions or issues relating to the sensor we repaired we would address them. We have not received a call as of today.
I did have our service manager do some research today regarding the codes noted on [redacted]'s repair invoice,  and,  it appears to us that the codes indicate an issue with the rear of the vehicle airbag sensors. It could be the sensors themselves, connections and may corrosion of the connection,  or something else. Further diagnostic at a Toyota dealer would be necessary to determine the issue there. It may be noted that the airbag and check engine lights were on when the vehicle was inspected by [redacted].
I truly regret Mr. [redacted]s vehicle or that any vehicle will incur mechanical issues from time to time. I do not see any evidence that our dealership was the cause the sensor bolt to come out or the indicator lights to come on. With regard to the prior accident, the carfax does indicate a "minor accident" and indicates it could be as minor as a small dent or scratch. All car faxes are attached to our online inventory for viewing by prospective customers and are always provided upon request.
This vehicle was sold in 2013 "as is", had 90,000 miles on it and currently has 108,000 miles on it. I want nothing more for Mr. [redacted] to happy with us and his vehicle. Although we are certain airbag light is unrelated to front sensor, I am willing to offer $200.00 to Mr. [redacted] in order for him to pursue further diagnosis and repair of the airbag issue.
