The sales staff was ok, not very knowledgeable about their products. Adequate at best. The service department left a lot to be desired, taking 3 days to install a slide in bedliner and a latch on tonneau cover. I did the same work to my last truck, same model, same parts, in 45 minutes. I believe their sales manager is [redacted]- he is actually pretty good- but his supporting staff leaves a lot to be desired. I now know where not to take my truck.
