We purchased GutterGuardian through Dixie Home Crafters a few years ago. Today we called all the phone numbers available and went to the Internet only to find out they no longer have a home page, nor do they have any operational phone numbers. The system we purchased was under a lifetime no-clog warranty, which of course now means nothing. Now, we need to locate a gutter cleaning service or my husband will be up on the roof trying to perform the job we thought we had covered under their warranty. So much for planning for the future....
I had the same experience. A section of my Gutter Guard blew off and when I tried calling Dixie Home Crafters learned the company was out of business. I'm wondering if there is a recourse for me with others companies who provide Gutter Guard.
