This is a Ford Motor Company Extended Warranty issue [redacted] 's refund was submitted to Ford Motor Company on and the amount to be refunded to her was calculated by Ford Ford pays these refunds to the selling dealer the selling dealer then will issue a refund check to the customer once Ford has paid the dealer Since Ford only pays dealers these refunds periodically, and since this refund missed Ford's November cut off, we expect to receive payment from Ford for this refund in early December Once this payment has been received from Ford, Tower Ford will issue a check within a few days after the payment from Ford has been received [redacted] will have a check for the amount due sometime by mid December,

Ford administration at the warranty department says they have already refunded the selling dealerWhy, as the consumer, do I need to wait for the dealer to hold onto the refund I am rightly entitled to for a month before they pass it on? If tower already received the refund which ford has verified was processed at the end of October, there is no reason that should have missed the November cut off, nor should it be tied up for an additional month before it can be passed onThe original 5-day processing time as stated by Larry on October ** would stand to reason as an acceptable time frame for processing as the refund was issued the day after Ford says they received the termination requestWe have since sold the vehicle and would like to be done with all details regarding it
