ADVERTISEMENT
We are being charged $10 if we do not pay our bill within one day of being late. Then if we need to extend our due date they charge you $40. The sewer, and trash rates are ridiculously high. I am on a strict budget. I am very ill and have only my social security to survive in. My water bills have been over $200 a month. This is ridiculous.
