Review: We are writing this because we are tired of having to go to City Hall to get our waterbill.Our last bill we received thru the mail was in August 2015. That bill was due by 9/02/2015.So [redacted] went down and paid it on 8/17/2015. After that we waited until Oct.19,2015 and still no bill. So we wondered what was going on since we are suppose to get a bill each month. So [redacted] went down to City Hall and they gave him a bill of $70.74 which included a late fee of $6.43 because the bill was due by Oct.12,2015.He talked to the treasurer and asked how did we owe a late fee when we didn't get a bill. They removed the late fee and said something about the computer being down or something. So the next month,Nov.2015, [redacted] went down around the middle of the month and the clerk told him the bills would be mailed out next week. So we waited on the bill and never got it. So [redacted] went back to City Hall on Dec.01,2015 and asked about the waterbill. They gave him a bill or draft bill of $60.23 which also had a penalty or late fee So [redacted] paid the bill that day after he talked to them about the fee, which they removed and he paid $53.73.So my husband, [redacted] said he is not going back next month to ask for a bill that is suppose to be mailed to us and that he was going to inform Revdex.com of what was happening. Maybe you all can make sure us senior citizens get our bills on time so we can pay them on time and not have late fees added.Desired Settlement: Our only concern is that we would like to get our water bill when we are suppose to get it so we can pay it when its due. We don't want to have to worry about where is the waterbill.
