We have constant (every couple of months) outagesWater will be off without warning for a few hours up to most of the dayHave asked about credit on billing to no availThe water pressure dropping to zero is hard on water heaters and other appliances adding additional cost to home ownership not under the home owners controlIf this a public utility there should be some solution to the problemThis has been going on for over ten yearsWhat recourse do the customers?? of Taylorsville water have
Note: Since this company is the only option for water in our area, it is basically a sanctioned monopoly

This staff is very rude and unhelpfulWhen I signed up for the service, I was told to pay the bill when I received it in the mailI hadn't received a bill after about a month, so I called themI was told the bill was sent out, yet it had not been received by meCalled back weeks later after no sign of the bill and I had them send the bill to another addressStill no sign of the bill, never had a problem getting mail in the past at either locationAt this point, I call them to see what's going on and was told there's now a 10% late fee tacked on for not paying the bill on timeI was initially told the only way to pay this bill was to get a physical copy and either mail it back with a check or bring the bill into the physical location and pay it that wayHow could I have done this when I didn't get a bill? They make it nearly impossible to pay by not offering credit/debit card payments, and will not accept routing/account numbers to set up prepay unless you physically go in with a voided checkPretty ridiculous that we are being penalized for their mailing error and their out-of-date systems
