Review: Celebration in the Oaks tickets were purchased by me at about 4:00 PM January 2,2015 at the Botanical Gardens Gift Shop. I did this to avoid the long lines associated with purchasing at the time of our visit. I explained to the lady at the gift shop I couldn't purchase them online. She was surprised and said they should have been available. When we arrived later that night the exhibit was closed with a sign at the gate that stated " closed due to inclement weather". It was not raining. There was a forecast of light showers in the area. Saturday January 3 was the last night of the exhibit. We were ready to go, but severe weather was approaching with a tornado watch so they closed Saturday too. Celebration in the Oaks ended Saturday January 3. Monday I returned to the gift shop. The lady called the office to see if she could issue me a refund. The lady in the office at first agreed. Then said I would not be able to get a refund and should contact the office via email. I have twice mailed the office and received no reply. Since they were unable to provide services I would like a credit to my credit card.Desired Settlement: Refund my credit card. I can return tickets to the gift shop with my tickets and receipt of purchase in person.
