I did not "retract" my complaint off of social media, I deleted the first one and re-typed it with the same content, just re-worded itLet us be honestI never received a receipt from this businessYes, I did think it was nice to offer a refund, which I have never receivedI do not want to return to this restaurant,even for a complimentary lunch (and refund), because, as I have stated that I personally believe that their business practices are not rightThe customer should never be asked for a tip when paying (upon ordering at the counter) for the lunch on their tabletThat is so wrongIt is a self-service restaurantCustomers in restaurants tip for waiter-serviceThe price of making the lunch is included in the price of the lunchThe tables in the restaurant were dirty, and gave the impression that the customer had to clean the table before sitting down, and should clean the table when doneIt is the practice of this restaurant for the customer to take their trash after lunch and throw it away in the restaurant's trash cansI had to go back to the counter and ask for Dijon mustard as there was no server to ask how my lunch was and did I need anything elseThis restaurant should not ask for a tip for the person making the sandwich; it is so wrong that it is really shockingly wrongThis is a self-service restaurantThank you for offering a refund and a complimentary lunch, but these are not the real problem issuesI did get a very bad lunch, that is true, but the issue of tipping someone to make you lunch in a self-service restaurant is pretty bad.
