There aren't enough words to describe the amazing experience we had with City Roofing. From our first meeting with JC and Orlando and all our meetings and conversations with ***, every single detail was explained to us step by step. There were zero surprises. Pedro and Roly, with their teams, did an incredible job with our roof. We had to replace the entire roof, but these guys were the utmost professionals. Every day the cleaned all the debris from all around the house and made it seem like no construction happened that day. *** and *** have created such a great company with outstanding and trustworthy employees. I would recommend City Roofing to everyone! We love our new roof!

Jackie was amazing all the way from beginning to end. Exactly what was said during the presentation was how the project went. Great customer service. Project took three weeks to complete. Tear down started once tiles were in stock so no waiting period after tear down.
Extremely professional team that worked very well together to complete the job. They kept me up to date on every aspect of my roof replacement, including photos of their work and any problem areas which they encountered. I was contacted immediately for updates on any unexpected findings and additional work or materials needed. The roof looks amazing and the crew treated my property like it was their own, making sure to clean up all construction materials prior to leaving each day.

I needed a repair for a leak. I was so pleased with City Roofing! From the first call, to the estimate and final repair! They even gave me pictures of the work performed every step of the way. We needed a roofer to make roof repairs. We were grateful to have found City Roofing, Inc. on Home Advisor. It received good reviews on several websites, including Revdex.com. All of City Roofing's staff -- in the office, those who assessed our roof and delivered paperwork, the men who worked hard to complete the project in three days, and the gentleman who handled the permitting process -- were accommodating, prompt, polite and very helpful. The representative who evaluated our roof said we did not need a new roof, only repairs. The office staff made changes in the proposal to accommodate some concerns. And the men who labored for three days can be proud of their workmanship.
City roofing personnel was knowledgeable and explained process of repair well. I like that they took pictures and e-mailed to show work that was performed. I have recommended them to friends.

My project was not big, but the repairs were necessary. City Roofing took the time to check out my roof flashing, give me a quote & get me on their calendar quickly. Employees were knowledgeable & friendly. They got the work done cleanly & with professionalism! I highly recommend City Roofing-you get what you pay for!

Roof repaired in 2017 with one year warranty.
Leak now in 2018, inspector from City Roofing advises that it IS covered by warranty, HQ says no.
We had our roof fixed in July 2017 by City Roofing.
We paid $1.6k for the repair with a 1 yr warranty included.

It began to leak again in May 2018. The inspector from City Roofing came to our house (05/24/18) and advised the leak was covered in the warranty.
When we spoke to the Office manager *** she advised it was not.
We spoke to the inspector again, he advised it was.
We tried to get in touch with the owner, ***, he declined to speak to us.
The Office manager, ***, also hung up the phone on us.
We need the company to be aligned with their communications; they repeatedly contradict themselves and we don't know how to resolve this. If the inspector confirms it should be under the warranty, we believe the company should honor this and fix the leaks.

As with all our customers we strive to be clear and thorough however there are times where communication does break down and issues arise. We do make every attempt to assist and lead our customers to the very best solution regardless of outcome. Unfortunately, I was out of the country and could not respond to customers complaint. I would like to say this without sounding rude or like we are kicking the can down the road but we did have a major hurricane in September of 2017. As with most storms, the damage may not show up immediately. A homeowner with windstorm insurance has up to three (3) years to report damage due to storm activity. A contractor cannot be held liable for a condition where an act of God took place and affect work which was done prior to event. If homeowner wishes to seek compensation for this damage, they have a legal option in opening an insurance claim with their insurance company. Why we are held responsible does not make any sense. In addition, the property is located in Coconut Grove where debris from trees blocked off entire roads in certain parts for many days after the storm in which traffic was completely cut off. We are not saying their street was one of those but given the area and the damage they have a legitimate claim to their roof leak being caused by Hurricane Irma. To assume a tree branch or any other flying debris hit their roof is not unlikely. Regardless of that, we went out to assess the reported leak as a courtesy to our customer. When our team went out to assess the leak it was NOT in the same exact location but close enough for our technician to report back to office. That our team may have led them to believe we were responsible may be possible. But given the fact that several months had passed since Hurricane Irma, they were misled by their actions. For this we apologize and offer to assist homeowner with making a claim with their insurance company. We specialize in this area and have been able to achieve roof replacements to our customers who have been affected. If this is something they are interested in they can email me directly at ***@mycityroofing.com and I will personally see to it their situation is resolved. We cannot make any type of guarantees but so far we have had close to 100% success in getting roof replacements paid by insurance.
Since all of my transactions took place with Candy and Natasha, I give them all the credit for a job well done. City Roofing did a great job and both my wife and I are very pleased with the results. However, I'm still waiting for a South Florida downpour to put the roof to the test. Other than that, I highly recommend City Roofing because of its attention to detail.
