Hello [redacted],  My name is Victoria, I am the listing manager at City Scapes Realty of New York, I spoke with you last week in regards to "[redacted]"  She was previously a client of this company looking for an apartment, she worked with a broker that no longer works here....

And at the time I was not employed by City Scapes Realty of New York. As far as I know she had found an apartment and all other proceedings were to be between herself and the landlord. We (City Scapes Realty of New York) Collect all fees for apartment, (1ST month rent, Security and Brokers Fee) Brokers fee is Non-refundable and rent and security are handed over to landlord before any signing of the lease. She signed her lease and signed a release that this company is no longer responsible for any Further transactions.  It has been several months since her being a client,we started receiving calls to our office from [redacted] starting she wants her money back, she was informed several times that she needs to speak with the landlord and we have no other business with her.  She sent a man in the office threatening our staff, saying they need to give him their money or else, I was able to calm him down, and again I informed him that any refunds would not be from City Scapes Realty of New York, But through the landlords company and she has his name and number.  After that incident with the young man, she called and actually threatened me, stating she was coming to get her money today and if she needed to follow me home she would. My manager instructed me to file a report, which I did and I can send a copy of that to you if needed.  After the report we haven't heard anything from her, but we did get her complaint in the mail for the Revdex.com.  Thank you. --
