This vehicle was dropped off after hours.We do not accept responsibility for the damage that occurred other than it is also possible that the customer missed the damage, the damage occurred while in our parking lot, or an employee damaged the car The vehicle in question was repaired and is awaiting pick up from the customerThere is not charge to the customer and this action took place prior to this complaint.The owner of Autohaus will be speaking to the customer about his experience and this instance and our future business together.we consider this matter closed.Thankyou

The tags to this vehicle were delivered to this customer on 7/23/2015
A professional tag service was retained so as to perfect the vehicle documents due to this being an out of state transaction.
We cannot offer a 500.00 refund on this transaction as the tag and title work was out of our...

control and was indeed completed.  Out of state transactions are more difficult to complete due to various states differing laws which is why we use a professional agency.
I regret the inconvenience that this caused and had communicated that to the customer.

included a 1-Year/10k service and the 2-Year/20k service. The first 1-Year/10k no charge maintenance was completed on 8/19/15 @ 9741 miles. The next service would have needed to be completed within 16 months or 12,500 miles of that timeframe per the warranty guidebook. The vehicle was then brought back in oi 3/28/17 @ 27555 miles, putting it far beyond the window for warranty coverage of the 2-Year/20k service. Volkswagen has this information outlined in the Warranty manual included with the vehicle and it clearly shows this requirement. Volkswagen of America offered no 3-Year/30k Service as part of the included maintenance package offered with the vehicle when purchased new.  I’m unable to question the Salesperson who sold the vehicle to you since he is no longer employed at our Dealership.   As a courtesy, we have covered the cost of the 30,000 mile service and pollen filter replacement at your most recent service visit on 3/28/17 @ 27555 miles, a $250.00 savings.
