Dear Revdex.com serving Northeast California,Thank you for your letter alerting us about the complaint you received regarding my dealership. We pride ourselves on responding to customers' concerns very quickly. I'm writing this letter in response to the complaint from my customer [redacted] [redacted] about the 2004 Chrysler Pacifica she purchased from us on 9/3/2016.    Today I'm glad to inform you that I have took the customer's car to the Chrysler Dealership in Yuba City ([redacted] Yuba City, CA 95993) and have fixed her car and paid for the repair. The customer  is happy with the fix. She has wrote a statement that as of today September 30, 2016 City Star Auto Sales has fixed the issue with the 2004 Chrysler Pacifica and the check engine light is resolved. The dealership is no longer reliable for any more issues with the car. Very Respectfully, [redacted]

from us on 9/3/2016. I have replaced the air-intake for her and and fixed the problem on 9/11/2016 she drove the car for a couple dys the check engine light came back on, I told him I'm sorry to hear that I did what I could to fix the problem; even though I sold the car as AS-IS I don't want your daughter to running around to get the car fixed. Please have your daughter to bring the car I have like 30 cars in my lot she can pick another one and I will swap her car but her Dad was insisting I want this car get fixed (2004 Chrysler Pacifica). I said to him than I have to make another appointment with a different mechanic to fix the problem; he says will my daughter is going to school and she works, she is very busy, I will let you know when I can bring the car. He never called me so I can make the appointment with a different mechanic to fix the car but instead his daughter filed the complaint which is not legit at all. I have been in the business over a year now this is the first customer filled a complaint. I have called the customer and her DAD on 9/26/2016 10:34 and 10:35 am neither of them answered my call. They are not co-operating to fix the problem. Even though she has the car for 3 weeks now I would like to have my car back in 3 days from today (9/26/2016) and I will re-fund her.I extend my own apologies for the inconvenience this problem has caused you.
