Dear Revdex.com:We are in receipt of the above complaintMs*** had applied for an apartment that she did not qualify for and was declined and was sent a letter to that effectMeanwhile Ms*** had tried to contact our company to address the issue furtherOur property manager, did answer Ms
*** via text regarding the status of her applicationTexting is a form ofcommunication that we allow our employees to use at their discretion.We understand that it is frustrating when trying to find an apartment, and as a gesture, we would like to refund Ms*** her $application fee
