I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me.   [redacted] at City Supply Co. apologized for the inconvenience to me and said that he would refund the cost of "2nd day air" when I spoke to him today.  In fact, it truly was an inconvenience which is why I needed the pliers (for a garbage disposal) since without them I was unable to install my disposal and therefore unable to use the dishwasher (I ran out of dishes and had to buy paper plates) and use the kitchen sink for anything at all.  That is why I was willing to pay for "2nd day air" and really counted on City Supply honoring that request.    I appreciate the efficiency of your organization in facilitating the positive resolution of my request.  Thank you very much.      M.
