time they were addressed within 24 hours and were repaired. Unfortunately each time it was something different but repairs were made that same day. The most recent request was on 10/21/14 for the ac not cooling. We went the same day and replaced a valve that was leaking and added Freon. The unit was working properly. No other service requests have been received since the 21st. I received your letter yesterday, October 27, 2014 and I had our maintenance supervisor go over to check the air conditioner and all readings were normal and the unit was working properly. I have attached the service request signed by the resident's roommate, [redacted], stating that all was fine with the air condition unit.
