City View Apartments at Hughes Square

I am beyond in shock by their unethical practicesI looked at rented one of the homes that Michelle was offering for lease and was planning to move in and the move in date kept getting pushed back without even a heads up to meI had to contact her and ask why I still hadn't received a lease to signAfter deciding to not move into the home due to the move in date being pushed back several times and too far out I then tried getting my $security deposit back and Michelle is refusing to do soI NEVER signed a lease and the only document that was signed clearly states if no lease is executed I am fully refunded my deposit but will lose my application feeI have been contacting their company for weeks with no answer and am now taking legal actionTexas Deceptive Trade Practices Act will hold up in court and I will not allow them to take advantage of me and hopefully no one else is taken advantage of by this awful companyStay away from this company!!!

BEWARE
C- choice properties is the worst - Not only do they not fix problems with the rentals – they keep money that is not theirs, even when agreeing to pay you back . Do not believe a word they say. John is not ever available, and Michelle is only available to get you to sign a contract , then miraculously never gets back to you. I was asked to move a month early and complied , then they said I broke my lease and they were going to charge me 80% to get someone in early. I even had it in writing they would refund me then they reneged. WORST COMPANY EVER - FIND Another Rental COMPANY
