Woodlyn Crossing does have trustees - [redacted] and [redacted] *** [redacted] signed the "Minutes of Special Meeting" document that levied the assessment on August 10, A copy has been attached to this response I'm not sure where Mr [redacted] is getting his information that there are no trustees It that is indeed the case, then it must have happened recently and we have not been notified City and Village mailed the bills at the request of the trustees and does have permission to collect that assessment per our contract with the trustees Any subdivision records we keep for Woodlyn Crossing are open for Mr [redacted] to come in and review during regular office hours The only information that will not be provided is the names of delinquent accounts

Mrs [redacted] has been billed by our office since All mail has been addressed to [redacted] and [redacted] as the property address [redacted] *** It has never changed and we have never received return mail on this account Mrs*** called on 3/5/for the amount due on her account Her account was already delinquent at that point She called again on 11/8/wanting to know why her bill was so high but she'd only made small payments since the last call Mrs [redacted] started making monthly payments on 8/16/ They continued until 01/16/and she didn't miss any months in between The 2014/invoice was mailed 3/19/and delinquent on 3/19/ She still had an outstanding balance at that point 1/16/was the last payment received until 5/ The 2015/invoice was mailed 3/3/and delinquent on 5/1/ The 2016/invoice was mailed 5/16/and delinquent on 6/30/The 2017/assessment was mailed 3/10/and delinquent on 5/01/ A delinquent notice followed on 05/15/ A payment was received on 04/21/2017, 05/19/and 8/17/ We send out invoices to every house in the subdivision, Mrs [redacted] was included.IMrs [redacted] has been recently been provided a detailed list of her amounts due Sent to the same address from the same unchanged database as all of her other notices She'd been chronically delinquent since before 2014.f you need further details, I'll be happy to provide them [redacted]
