I would recommend that if you are looking to rent water coolers DO NOT USE this companyThey charged us almost $per unit to remove a broken old cooler and a newer modelThey called it a removal and refurbishment chargeThe one wasn't even workingThey did not fulfill a service contract on time as specifiedWhen we did not renew our lease agreementInstead of charging as most companies do a day cancellationThey charged us for months Thank goodness there are now laws in Ontario to protect consumers against the kind of practices that City Water International puts in the small print of their contracts Do not use this company

I have ordered City water international's RO system for my office in york. I was recommended by my friend who was using their service. I received an offer of free filter change and I am here to quickly tell you that I have received what they committed to me. The only thing I want to tell you here is thir prices are bit high if you compare other water filteration company but I don't mind paying them because of quality of water I am getting. There customer service is good they called up an took time to replace filters and I am happy with there professional attitude. I 100% recommend ominipure water cooler to everyone. The only advice I want to give to to City water International is to low down the prices I'll rate them 4 out of 5. 1 - only for price.
