Revdex.com received this business response via phone.The owner said the consumer's car was repossessed on Oct6th, he said he is going to send her a "day letter". He said he is required by law to send her a letter stating she has days in which to pay her past due amount and to pay the "repo fee" in order for her to get her car back.He said her car will go to auction after the days if the consumer fails to pay what is due.The owner said he is still will to take care of the engine light repairs at no cost to the consumer if the consumer takes care of her past due amount with his business and her repo fee

complaints and had received a 3 month warranty almost there whole statement is a lie. I before paying any money and before signing any paperwork was told by the owner and secretary that I had 5 days to get an echeck and if it failed they would repair it. This is misrepresentation and dishonest. spent 2 days at there dealership while they pretended to fix the problem. There mechanic told me it was finished and to go get the check it failed again and was determined that no work had been done to the catalytic converter now I have expired tags and can't legally drive the vehicle so I have no choice but to sell it with a lien for parts because I will not be robbed out of 2000$ by these liars and scammers. I will not be making any more payments on the vehicle and they will be unable to reposess it.

THIS CUSTOMER PURCHASED THIS VEHICLE AS IS NO WARRANTY. THIS CUSTOMER JUST CAME IN AND MADE A PAYMENT WITH NO COMPLAINTS.

The company are not being truthful about the damages that where already on the car and my proof is my insurance company whom checked for damages before there sold me the insurance. They illegally repossessed my car and said that I was 785 days pass due on my car payments. I never told them I was not going to get the paper, I told him that I was not going to pay someone to take me home when I can drive my owe car when they are done fixing it. No one threated them, they are just making stuff up. He told me I wasn't getting the car and I told him to give me my money back and he said go get it now he is not trying to give me my money.

compliant with the terms we agreed on. [redacted] refused to bring back the documents we needed to complete his loan. He also had a remaining balance owed of $340.00 to complete his down payment of $1000. The day that the vehicle was respossessed [redacted] and his brother showed up to our mechanic shop and threatened our mechanic and the owner of Citywide Automart.com life with a gun. He also caused $700.00 worth of damage to the front bumper of the vehicle. Our mechanic and owner of CityWide Aotrnart.com went to the police station and filed charges against Mr. [redacted] and his brother, they are going to prosecute them. Since we repossessed Mr. [redacted]'s vehicle there will be a restocking fee of $250.00 there is also a $35.00 a day rental fee that will be charged. This is a CityWide Automart.com policy that is posted at our car lot in all of the rooms for all potential customers to view.

however, she must be current on her car payments and she is now $450.00 past due.The owner also said the consumer must be willing to leave her car so the repairs can be done.He has also requested she be respectful when communicating.
