Review: I hired [redacted] in October 2012 to replace the roof on the home I was in process of purchasing. [redacted] represented himself as a representative of [redacted]. He agreed to replace the roof, install gutter guards and move the downspouting for $5,000. He also agreed that all work would be guaranteed for 10 years. During after the work began, [redacted] requested that we delay the move of the downspouting until the spring. I agreed to the delay. He never bothered to install the gutter guards, and I didn't notice that they were not installed until months later. In spring 2013, I began calling [redacted] to find out when he would come out to complete the work. He repeatedly promised to do so, but never did. Then, my skylights began leaking. After many calls, [redacted] eventually had someone come out to repair the skylights, but the gutter guards were not installed, and the downspouting was not moved. A few months later, one of the skylights again started leaking. I have repeatedly called [redacted] and left voice mails. I have also sent him several emails to follow up. It has been more than four weeks since he has responded to any message. At this point, both of my sky lights are leaking again.Desired Settlement: I want [redacted] to have the sky lights repaired, to move the downspouting, and to install the gutter guards.
