Review: [redacted] and [redacted] were working with my case from the beginning of August 2013 and agreed to finish my work in 3-6 weeks as per their contract. A month and a half later, after numerous missed calls and ignored texts they finally responded to a message I sent that I was going to report them. On that day, they sent in my first papers to DOB which was then disapproved due their lackadaisical work ethic and unprofessionalism. To this day I have not heard from them.Desired Settlement: I want a refund from them reimbursing me for their failed work and broken contract

Review: Just wanted everyone to know about our unfortunate experience with "City Wide Engineering,PC" Simply because, you cant trust them. They have a horrible track record of being a lazy, dishonest company.They Will cash your check the same day,without a valid contract. They Did not even attempt to do any building plans, which we had a legitimate company verified. Not only did we lose our deposit of $2500, but We had to pay a "real Engineer" to actually to the work and to it the legal way.Be aware, if you threaten to get your lawyer involved, they will send you some bogus building plans. Which were all wrong and not even close to our layout. In addition, we found out from a NYC inspector that the so-call plans they drafted would never be approved, because they filed for a proposal and simultaneously filed an order of Egress. This will NEVER get approved by the state !! which SCREWS the customer over.Please do your research and see how many people fell victim to this company. By the way, they have a habit of filling for these "bogus' contradicting plans. It's an easy way out for them, they get your money and who cares if the customer gets screwed. What a Ripoff!! How is this company still operating?Desired Settlement: we will like to get our money back, we tried to reason with [redacted], the master mind behind all of this. We told him to take $500 for just coming out to our home.Even though nothing was sever filed.We just want out money back. This company has been doing this for too long and someone has to stop them.
