Regarding the case of Complaint# 1658390 : Glenn M[redacted].
The customer was advised that there was a mix up on his account and considering the fact he has 2 contracts simultaneously, the previous crew was redirected to his new address...
leaving the old one on Edgewater Terrace unattended for. We have apologized many times and have provided a full refund for the month and a half the lot was not looked after and gave the remainder of December free of charge.
The other account Mr. M[redacted] has had never been missed or even late, the confusion was in the change off address. Since this issue has been resolved we will continue to provide services for the remainder of the contract.
We are available Monday to Friday 9 AM - 6 PM if there are any other concerns.
