To Whom It May Concern at the Revdex.com,Thank you for allowing us the opportunity to respond to concerns from our customers. GreenPath was able to speak directly with Ms. [redacted] on September 25 to resolve her concerns. As we discussed with Ms. [redacted], her [redacted] accounts were not reporting as past due and no late fees were charged to her account. There was a small timing issue that held up her September payments that we were able to resolve with her over the phone. We have also reviewed her account to ensure that this timing issue will not happen again in the future. We have since contacted [redacted] to validate that Ms. [redacted]'s accounts are indeed current and there has been no negative impact to her. As a result of this interaction and resolution, we believe we have fully resolved Ms. [redacted]'s concerns. GreenPath takes complaints very seriously and we appreciate the opportunity to respond and help rectify the situation as well as improve our services. Upon review of the account it appears there was error on our part. While we cannot guarantee acceptance of a proposal and our fees are not based on...
the acceptance of proposals (but rather based on the servicing of the account), we do hold our staff to a standard of prompt action and communication on all accounts. It appears we did not communicate as effectively or efficiently in this situation and we sincerely apologize. Our staff will be coached accordingly. Due to the recognition and responsibility of our error we have refunded fees as well as worked with the creditor to ensure proposal acceptance.
