Because I turn the keys of the same date I wrote the letter my husband did so stop lying also I do have rent receipts for them months no pictures of the unit like I said neighbors can veridy someone was in there y'all are a bunch of liars in don't make so since I know what date I had my husband drop them keys off

The last time you paid rent was December 1,
we received the keys from you on Feb 10, in the drop box even though you dated your letter for Jan 27, You possessed the unit until we received the keys When we went over to the unit it was damaged from someone living there No one had broken into the unit You also left debris that we had to remove form the unit as well If you could provide for me the rent receipt for Jan rent and Feb rent then we will provide them to the collection agency Also if you can provide us with pictures on how you left the unit when you moved out we will reconsider as well Please send as soon as possible your move out pictures and recent receipts for Jan and Feb We will double check the cameras to prove you did not drop the keys off on Jan

Tina [redacted] has been reported to collections because she owed several months of rent. She returned the keys on Jan 27 in an overnight rent slot. When we went to do the move out inspection she left the unit in deplorable conditions and was charged for it.
