I was involved in a car accident 9/9/which was the fault of an *** driver *** took responsibility to pay for the damagesMy car was initially towed to *** *** After an assessment of trying to match the paint, *** *** realized that they couldn't match the paint color, so I contacted Maaco 9/12/to see if they could repair my car since this shop had previously repaired my car and did an all over paint job
The owner, Mark F* advised that he could complete the work and match the paintI dropped my car off for repairs to Maaco 9/15/The field adjuster, Kevin Hwent to the shop to review the damages and authorized the service for my car and delivered a two-party check made out to myself & MaacoThe check was to be signed over to Maaco once the work for my car was complete The authorized days to complete the work should have only been days but took over weeks

Brought My *** *** Here Got It Painted *** *** Orange Complete Color Change Top Of Line Package But No Extra Gloss,Recieved My Vehicle Back Incomplete Mirrors Had A Whole Inch Of Paint Missing That Never Got Touch Or Painted,Above My Doors Was Tape Stuck To Car That They Painted Over And Never Removed Which Is Now Stuck & If I Take Off The Paint Will Rip Off And Dissapear,Rear Wheel Wells Had 2-Spots That Was Missed Completey,Each Door Handle Was Rough And Never Got Painted Behind It,Rear Doors Showed Old Paint Color Did Not Tape It Good Enough For Straight Enough To Get All The Paint That Shows (Said They Paint Everything That Shows) Edge Of My Hood Wasn't Painted,Both Sides Beside The Winshield Wasn't Broke Down To Paint Correctly,& Paid Hrs Of Labor For Them To Fix A Crack That Is Once Again Back On The Rear Bumper,Got Paint Spray Also On The Black Area Of My Car That's Not Suppose To Be Painted At All, I Called Corporate "Jasmine B***" She Lets Them Walk Over H
